libalias-perl software package provides module for accessing perl variables through aliases, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libalias-perl
libalias-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libalias-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libalias-perl *
You will get with libalias-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
